Jay Rabbitt, President & CEO

Jay started ICP as a small sound company in Doylestown, PA in 1977. After moving to Atlanta, GA in 1980, he grew ICP into one of Atlanta’s most respected production companies through relentless attention to detail in equipment packaging; show planning details; and most importantly, in dealings with each and every client. Taught a strong work ethic by his late father and that “quality never goes out of style”, Jay provides sales and project management to ICP clients as well as administrative leadership as the President and CEO of the company. Jay enjoys working outdoors, spending time with his two grown daughters, Payton & Jaycie and their families, and his two grandchildren, Mason & Brynlee.

Todd Landsiedel, VP Warehouse Operations

Todd has been a member of the ICP staff for 35+ years. For most of that time, he has been our Operations Manager, in charge of all logistics, equipment flow, trucking, and staffing for ICP’s events. Having dealt with clients and events from a few hundred people to tens of thousands in his career, Todd’s confident and dedicated style has ensured a very high repeat client base for ICP over our 30+ year history. From drag racing events with his father-in-law’s team across America, to traveling with his wife, daughter and son on family vacations, Todd keeps the wheels in his personal and business world turning effortlessly.

Cody Denson, Production Technician

Originally from Georgia, we found Cody in the storied halls of Nashville’s recording studios and live events. Cody is our go to technology guru, the guy who picks up on the latest software and technology updates like it’s nothing–sound, lighting, video, whatever. As our in-house d&b Array Calc designer, as well as a great audio engineer in his own right, we are fortunate to have him in the ICP family. In his free time, Cody loves camping, hiking, and all things outdoors.

Nick Bennett — Production Technician

Nick has earned the nickname “Shrek” because he is an easy going giant. The people that really know him will agree that he has the coolest demeanor on the staff. He’s always calm and collected. However, do not let that be perceived as apathy. Quite the contrary, Nick is very detailed and thorough. You can rest assured if Nick is involved in your event, it will be thought out, and it will be right! Originally from Syria, VA, Nick has spent over 30 years performing as bass player and now holds down the fort as husband to his wife, Minh and master to his dogs Bear, Jackson and Hoa.

Maria Gastaldi - Office & Accounting Manager

Maria comes to ICP via Montreal, Quebec and is a veteran in her own right of the production business. As a former Assistant Tour Manager for Cirque du Soleil; Tour Manager for Cirque EOS; Director of Merchandising for Montreal’s “Just for Laughs” Festival; Sales Representative for MSR/Stageline; as well as other freelance and corporate marketing and special event positions over the years, Maria keeps all the facets of ICP running smoothly. We are very lucky to have her in our lives.

Payton Peoples - Media Marketing Director

Payton grew up running the halls and offices of ICP and developed a true appreciation for music, production and business. After graduating with her bachelors, she quickly became a highly sought after social media marketing and brand development coach. She is also part of the number one Real Estate Team in South Atlanta as a licensed Realtor©,  all while being a wife to her husband of over 10 years and mom to their two kids, Mason and Brynlee.
